Eric

Eric Williams AF&AM is the Managing Director and co-founder of ili Design. He is an American from Massachusetts who studied Media Studies and East Asian Culture at Bard College in Simon's Rock. He is fluent in Mandarin and has spent over four years between Taichung, Shanghai and Nanjing.

Duane

Duane Mathes AF&AM is the Creative Director and co-founder of ili Design. He is an American from Alaska, educated in Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Seattle. He is also a published illustrator and author. Duane is fluent in Mandarin Chinese after a three year tenure at Providence University in Shalu, Taiwan.

Nick

Nick Gutschow is ili's Director of Research and Brand Development and has been with the company since 2006. He is an American from Michigan who has a BA in Analytic Philosophy from Michigan State University. Nick is fluent in Mandarin Chinese from his time at Donghai University in Taichung, Taiwan.

Jen

Jen Nafziger is a freelance editor living in Taiwan who has been working with ili since 2007. She is an American from Illinois who has a BA in International Studies and Writing from Milikin University. She is also a published writer and poet. Jen has strong conversational Mandarin Chinese and is presently attending classes at Donghai University to enhance her ability.
